More than 1,300 killed, 500 women and children among them, 5,000 maimed and wounded in three weeks… Each house from Sderot to Ashkelon transformed into a virtual prison… Worse than the siege of Sarajevo : one and a half million human beings locked inside Gaza with constant power and water shortages for almost two years… Still over a hundred rockets fired from there into Israel since January, and daily routine retaliation bombings until now… A dozen men died from earth collapse in tunnels to Egypt in two months… Just at the other end of the Mediterranean shores. How can this be our world ?

Negotiators and leaders need to KNOW that we, the people of Europe, are watching, that we are not willing to accept the current status quo. Procrastination and destruction must stop. The Gaza Siege must end. Doors must open.
